Health For All is a non-profit organization designed to help frail elderly stay independent or restore and maintain optimal functioning capacity. The Adult Day Health Care Centers offer multi-disciplinary teams of professional service providers who conduct comprehensive assessments of each participants health and social needs. The resulting individual care plan can include the following services:

Participation in group activity is encouraged as the Adult Day Health Care social environment is therapeutic in itself. Intellectual stimulation and emotional satisfaction through group activity and socialization often leads to a renewed interest in life.
