Open M-F 7:30 am – 6:00 p.m.
Open Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Health For All is a non-profit organization designed to help frail elderly stay independent or restore and maintain optimal functioning capacity. The Adult Day Health Care Centers offer multi-disciplinary teams of professional service providers who conduct comprehensive assessments of each participants health and social needs.

Participation in group activity is encouraged as the Adult Day Health Care social environment is therapeutic in itself. Intellectual stimulation and emotional satisfaction through group activity and socialization often leads to a renewed interest in life.

Available services include:

  • Dietician/Nutrition
      • Nutritious breakfast and noon meals (special diet needs are observed)
      • Registered Dietician available for individual and caregiver consultants
  • Nursing
      • Observe and monitor health status
      • Administrate and monitor prescribes medications/treatments
      • Perform personal care as needed
  • Occupational Therapy
      • Assess need for adaptive methods/ devices
      • Instructions in Daily Living Skills (e.g. eating, bathing, dressing, homemaking)
      • Assist to maintain/regain functional use for upper body and hands
  • Physical Therapy
      • Evaluate and recommend treatment programs requested by physicians
      • Instruct and monitor therapeutic exercises
      • Provide training and assistance for mobility and transfer skills
      • Assess need for assertive device
  • Recreational
      • Socialization and interaction with peers
      • Exercise, walks, games, and crafts
      • Current events. Educational discussions, audiovisual presentations
      • Special programs (i.e. music, holiday festivities, picnics, outings, etc.)
  • Social Services
      • Individual counseling and case management
      • Facilitation of support/skills development groups
      • Emotional support for caregivers.
      • Referral to other community resources as needed
      • Coordination of discharge planning
  • Speech & Language Therapy
      • Evaluate for speech and language disabilities
      • Therapy and program development for voice, stuttering and swallowing disorders
      • Consultation and counseling with participant’s family and/or caregiver
  • Transportation
      • Provided by Health For All for all participants living within the service area
      • Provide/obtain transportation for participants living out of service area
